This transformative workshop is designed to deepen your connection with your body and support your menstrual health. Whether you’re looking to soothe painful periods, regulate your cycle, or gain a greater understanding of your body’s natural rhythms, this experience is for you.
Over the course of six weeks, we’ll explore:
• Cycle tracking: Breaking down the phases of your cycle and understanding hormone fluctuations.
• Hormonal health: Key factors that influence your hormones and actionable steps to protect your well-being.
• Nutrition: Tailored foods and preparation strategies for each phase of your cycle.
• Movement & exercise: How to align your workout intensity and style with your body’s needs during each phase.
• Inner seasons: Unlocking the natural strengths, superpowers, and unique skills of each phase to intentionally schedule your life.
You’ll leave with practical tools to create harmony between your cycle and your daily life while fostering a sense of empowerment through self-awareness and wellness.
