This is a 8-week virtual workshop/women’s circle for menstrual cycle awareness and wellness. Whether you want to soothe painful periods, regulate the length of your cycle, or just come to a deeper relationship with your body's cyclical nature, this workshop is for you.
We will go deep into cycle tracking, breaking down the different phases and the various hormone fluctuations in each phase. We will discuss the most critical factors that impact your hormonal health and what you can do to protect yourself. We will examine the most appropriate foods and preparation for each phase. We will discuss what types and intensity levels of movement & exercise will support your body and how to optimize your workout depending on the phase. We will learn about the inner seasons, the natural superpowers & the unique skills of each season, how to intentionally schedule your life around your cycle & much more!
Wednesday 7-8 pm PST Cost $160 for 8 sessions. Space is limited. All sessions will be recorded and available if you can not attend live. A workbook with lessons, resources, and references will be provided.
